Here's the spot to discuss the argument scene in Wolf Quest, the one where Aleu tells Balto "I hate you" before running off. For me, I found that really disrespectful of her, even if she was upset.

Aleu was upset that Balto kept her wolf heritage hidden from her. Plus, from a previous scene, she says that Balto is "hopeless," so I think there is more to the story. I think the relationship between Balto and Aleu was bitter at the beginning.

I know, but it was still disrespectful.

Yes, which is why I don't like Aleu.

We have all had those kind of arguements with our parents (or I have) and it doesn't really mean anything. I hated this scene and hated Aleu in it even though she is my favourite character, but we have all been there.

She was being a typical teenager. Now, before you jump all over me for lumping teenagers together and speaking ill of them, I was one TOO. MOST teenagers have arguments with their parents at some point, and treat them disrespectfully. Sometimes even good teenagers.

We've all been teenagers before, we all know how she felt.
