Mine has to be the death of mufasa. It is the darkest part of the movie because not only does scar suceed in killing mufasa, but he gets bonus points forr convincing Simba that Simba caused Mufasa's death. The best line scar had was this.
*Scar walks up to the dead Mufasa and the crying simba.* Scar: Simba..wat have you done!?
