Vachir attacked, but soon found himself merely attempting to dodge Tai Lung's attacks. He gave an order for the explosives, the last set of defenses, to be set off.

Tai Lung smiled, "Commander you try so hard to stop me but now let me show you my true power." He said without warning his speed jumped ten times faster than the commander could of expected.

Vachir finally faltered. Before he could react, the explosives went off, pushing him through the door outside. Before he went over the hillside, he wondered if Tai Lung had survived. Zeng had lived and looked up into the fearsome face of Tai Lung. "Do you want me to tell Shifu that you're coming home?" the scared goose asked.

Tai Lung grabbed the goose and smiled, "Yes, I want you to fly back there and tell them that the real dragon warrior is coming home." He said with a smirk.

The moment he was released from Tai Lung's grasp, Zeng flew off to deliver the message to Shifu. Finally, he arrived during Shifu's meditations. "Master Shifu, things are bad. Tai Lung has escaped and is on his way here now!" he said.

Zeng looked at him. "Perhaps you should go and tell Master Oogway first. This is about the time that he likes to meditate by the sacred peach tree," he said.

Shifu nodds and heads over to Master Oogway, "Master I have just received terrible news, Tai Lung has escaped and is on his way here right now." He said to his mentor with a frown.

Oogway Smiled. "Remember, Shifu, your daughter and her boyfriend have a great future ahead of them. They shall soon marry and give rise to a great warrior dynasty. As for you, prepare the Dragon Warrior. His time is near," he said. Suddenly, Oogway vanished from sight in a cloud of peach petals, leaving Shifu behind. "Now, go and tell your students," his disembodied voice said. Meanwhile, in the dining hall, Po, Tigress and the others were sitting at the table having dinner, unaware of the impending news.
