Po nodded. Eventually, they all went to their rooms to sleep. The next morning, they all bathed, ate and headed out to the training hall. Waiting for them there were two figures, Crane and Mei Ling, a pretty Chinese mountain cat who was married to Crane. She had been the babysitter of Po, Tigress, Tai Shan, Song and Viper when they were children. Now, she looked at them. "Greetings, warriors. Today, Crane and I will train you for the tournament. All the Jade Palace warriors will be participating," she said.

Tigress smiled, "Hi Mei its nice to see you again." She says to her giving her a hug.

Mei Ling smiled proudly. "Crane and I got the news from Oogway. Though I am shocked, I know that Oogway is never wrong," she said.

Tigress frowns, "I know I am worried because if he does escape I don't know what will happen, and I also can't figure out why Tai Lung would follow the patch he chosen." She said looking down in sadness.

Crane looked at her. "Well, nothing has happened yet. Now, let us get started. Oogway asked us to instruct you in some of the tactics Tai Lung knew," he said.

And so the training started. For hours, they practiced old kung fu tactics and picked up new ones. It was the same the next day and the next. Finally, it was only three days before the tournament. Po and Tigress managed to get some time alone. Po was starting to feel self doubt. "Why can't I figure this out?! I'll never get picked, Tigress!" he said.

Tigress looked at her love with compassion, "You don't know that yet po you have to stop putting your self done like that your a great warrior." She said giving him a hug trying to cheer the panda up.

Po looked at her. "Tigress, I'm a panda. I don't have the claws that you, Song and Mei Ling have. I don't have the speed of Mantis, the flexibility of Viper or the agility of Crane, Tai Shan and Monkey," he said.

Tigress put a paw on po's shoulder and smiled, "It doesn't matter who or what your are po, all that matter is that you be your self and that you know that you are a great warrior and no one can take that from you." She says to him and gives him a kiss.
