I like to think so. Originally, Shifu asked me to be the babysitter for Tigress, but then she met Po and the others, and so I found myself spending time with them too.

It was developed by the gracie family after taught from a friend who knew Judo, a style used by the samurai warrior class of feudal Japan. because it was decended from a fighting style used by heavy armored opponents, kicks and punches where not used as it would be useless agaist armored enimies. Instead it involes throws, chokeholds, submissions, controls, and ground fighting. Brazilian Jujitsu is so popular, it is widely used in MMA.
